Get in the Game: Estádio Beira-Rio

Here is Estádio José Pinheiro Borda, better known as Estádio Beira-Rio (Riverside Stadium), due to its location beside the Guaíba River. It is a football stadium in Porto AlegreBrazil. It serves as the home stadium for Sport Club Internacional. It is named after José Pinheiro Borda, an elderly Portuguese engineer who supervised the building of the stadium but died before seeing its completion. The capacity is 50,128.

Estádio Beira-Rio was one of the 12 venues used for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, hosting five of the matches in the tournament.

Get in the Game: Max-Morlock-Stadion

The SFOI 1,000 is a movement to have the Gospel preached Lord willing at every major sports venue in the world (this includes venues with a capacity of 40,000+ and NBA, Cricket and other venues for professional sports.)

Here is Max-Morlock-Stadion, a stadium in Nuremberg, Germany, which was opened in 1928. It is located next to Zeppelinfeld. It also neighbors the Nuremberg Arena.

Since 1966, it has been home stadium to the German Bundesliga club 1. FC Nürnberg. During the 1972 Summer Olympics, it hosted six football matches. In 1967, it hosted the European Cup Winners’ Cup final between Rangers and Bayern Munich. Bayern won 1–0.

The stadium hosted five games of the 2006 FIFA World Cup, including the famous match between Portugal and the Netherlands, consequently known as the Battle of Nuremberg. The capacity is 50,000

Get in the Game: Estádio 11 de Novembro

The SFOI 1,000 is a movement to have the Gospel preached Lord willing at every major sports venue in the world (this includes venues with a capacity of 40,000+ and NBA, Cricket and other venues for professional sports.)

Here is the Estádio 11 de Novembro, a multi-use stadium in LuandaAngola. Completed in 2010 ahead of the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations, it hosted nine matches during the tournament, including five Group A matches, one group b match, one-quarter final, one semi-final, and the final.

It is currently used on a regular basis by football clubs Primeiro de AgostoPetro de Luanda, and Benfica de Luanda who play in Girabola. Its capacity is 48,000. The stadium is named after the date of Angola’s independence.

Get in the Game: Foro Sol Stadium

The SFOI 1,000 is a movement to have the Gospel preached Lord willing at every major sports venue in the world (this includes venues with a capacity of 40,000+ and NBA, Cricket and other venues for professional sports.)

Here is Foro Sol (English: Sun Forum), a sports and concert venue built in 1993 inside the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in eastern Mexico City It is located near the Mexico City International Airport and is operated by Grupo CIE.

The venue was originally built for staging large music concerts. Initially called the Autódromo, it could accommodate up to 50,000 people. Since 2000, it has been used as a baseball stadium as well, because the only other major baseball stadium in Mexico City (Parque del Seguro Social, formerly Parque Delta) was demolished to build a shopping mall (the shopping mall is named Parque Delta and features a baseball theme). Foro Sol is the second largest concert venue in Mexico City.
